Q: What will the print quality be like?
A: All our calendars are printed in-house on either high-end digital or litho presses, which produce results we believe are second to none in the market.
Unlike some of the competition we do not use inferior laser or inkjet printers.
Q: One I have placed my order, how long will it take to receive my calendars?
A: From approved artwork, we would typically complete small orders in 4-5 working days. Larger orders will take a little longer.
Q: Do the calendars come with envelopes?
A: Our prices do not include envelopes. Please contact us for a quote.
Q: Do your CD calendars come with the cases?
A: Yes, the cases are included in the price.
Q: Are your calendars supplied shrink-wrapped?
A: Shrink-wrapping is available as an additional service. Please ask for an estimate.
Q: We would like the cover sheet laminated, is this something you can do?
A: We can offer in-house lamination. Please ask for an estimate.
Q: Do you offer credit facilities?
A: Credit facilities are only available to schools and government institutions. Individuals and business can, however, pay using a credit card.
Q: Do you offer trade discounts?
A: Trade pricing is available to bona-fide print & design companies. Please call to discuss.
Q: Can you send me a sample calendar?
A: Unfortunately we don't send out complete calendars. We will, however, be happy to provide loose print samples on request.
Q: Do you print other items?
A: We can print almost anything! Stationery, brochures, books, greetings cards etc. Please click here to visit our main website.
Q: We will be providing our own artwork, what format do you prefer?
A: Ideally we would like high resolution PDF files but if you are unable to provide these, we can deal with just about any Mac or PC format, although we may impose a surcharge if we have to spend an excessive amount of time making your artwork 'press ready'. We will not make additional charges without first agreeing them with you.
Q: Can you post our calendars to our members/customers/subscribers.
A: We can provide complete fulfilment. Please contact us with your requirements.
Q: We have designed a calendar which is a non-standard size, can you still print it?
A: As long as it fits within our maximum sheet size of 320mmx460mm, we should be able to print it for you. Please call to discuss your requirements.
Q: When do you stop taking calendar orders?
A: We take orders for and print calendars all year round.
Q: Your standard calendars are printed on 250gsm material. Can I have something thicker/thinner?
A: We can print from 115gsm to 350gsm but please note that mixing weights within a calendar e.g. 250gsm cover, 170gsm inner pages, can be more expensive than printing all the pages on the same weight.
Q: Can I have my calendars printed on lighter/lower quality paper to save some money?
A: Unless you are ordering 1000's of calendars, the price will be the same.
Q: Can/do you print on environmentally friendly material?
A: Our standard coated stock is TCF and made up of 50% recycled stock. Please contact us is you require fully recycled options.
Q: Can you ship abroad?
A: We can ship to anywhere in the World. Please call to discuss your requirements.
