Our Printed Calendars
Q: Can I use my own cover artwork?
A: If you require more flexibility on the cover you are welcome to provide your own artwork. You can download one of our Photoshop templates as a starting point: A4 Cover
If you are unable to provide artwork but require something different, we will do our best to accommodate you. Please contact us to discuss.
Q: What size should my images be to fit the calendar?
A: The optimal size of your images will depend on the calendar template and style you wish to use. For detailed information please click here and select the "Read More" option next to the calendar template you are interested in.
Q: I don't have Photoshop. Can you provide image templates in other formats?
A: If you would like to use one of our templates but do not have Adobe Photoshop (or Photoshop Elements), you can still use the free, open source image editor "GIMP", which is available for Mac, PC and Linux. www.gimp.org
Q: Can I add a logo/footer/something else to the month pages?
A: If you would like to alter or add elements to the month pages beyond that which is possible with the on-line calendar builder software, please contact us to discuss your requirements before placing your order.
Q: What will the print quality be like?
A: All our calendars are printed in-house on either high-end digital or litho presses, which produce results we believe are second to none in the market. Unlike some of the competition we do not use inferior toner based (laser) printers/copiers.
If you are looking to match your own prints you will need to provide samples for us to work to. However, due to different pigments, colour gamuts, and the process used, it should be noted that offset digital or litho CMYK printing will differ to some extend from, for example, 6 or 8 colour inkjet prints on photo paper.
Q: Do you provide laminated covers?
A: All our wall hanging covers are gloss laminated as standard (If you would prefer matt you can choose this option when checking out). Laminated covers not only look great but also offer excellent protection from marks and scratches if you are posting your calendars.
Q: Do your CD calendars come with the cases?
A: Yes, the cases are included in the price and the calendars are inserted ready for you to send.
Q: How much do you charge for delivery?
A: Delivery is calculated at checkout. The cost will depend on the calendar style, quantity ordered and your location.
As a guide, P&P for small orders (under 2kg) will be £4.95. 2-20kg = £8.95, 20-25kg = £10.70, 25-40kg = £15.95, 40-50kg = £19.45. All + VAT.
Q: So how much do your calendars weigh?
A: A4=208g each, A3=403g, Slimline=206g, Postcard=186g, CD=107g, CD style 3=112g, Midi=135g, A5 desktop=133g.
Q: What colour binding wire do you use?
A: We use matt silver wire as standard but you can choose other colours when checking out.
Q: Your standard calendars are printed on 250gsm card. Can I have something thicker/thinner?
A: We can print from 115gsm to 350gsm but please note that mixing weights within a calendar e.g. 250gsm cover, 170gsm inner pages, can be more expensive than printing all the pages on the same weight.
Q: Can I have my calendars printed on lighter/lower quality paper to save some money?
A: Unless you are ordering 1000's of calendars, the price will be the same.
Q: Do the calendars come with envelopes?
A: We can supply white all-board self-seal envelops for A4, A3, midi and slimline calendars. These can be added to your order when checking out. Prices are from 25p - 35p each + VAT.
Q: Do you print on environmentally friendly material?
A: Our standard coated material is part recycled and FSC certified. Please contact us if you require other options.
Q: Are your calendars supplied shrink-wrapped?
A: Shrink-wrapping is available as an additional service which can be purchased when checking out.
The Calendar Creation Process
Q: How do I drag a photo into my calendar?
A: Left click the mouse arrow curser on your chosen photo, keeping the left click down while you drag the photo into the ‘Drop Photo Here’ area of the calendar page.
Q: What if my photo is the wrong way up?
A: Use the green arrow icons. The right icon rotates your photo clockwise and the left icon rotates your photo anti-clockwise.
Q: Can I add key dates to all calendar styles?
A: You can add your key dates to all A4 and A3 wall hanging as well as the midi and mini range.
Q: Can I add more than one key date on the same date?
A: Up to two key dates can be added on the same calendar day.
Q: What resolution photographs will work best for my calendar?

Q: Can I change a photo if I accidently drag it into the wrong month?
Yes. Simply drag another photo into your calendar and the previous photo will go back to the upload area.
Customer Service
Q: Once I have placed my order, how long will it take to receive my calendars?
A: From approved artwork small orders will take up to 5 working days. Larger orders will take up to 10 days. Please call us or make a note when checking out if you require your order for a specific date. We will always do our best to acheive this but will advise you if it is not possible.
Q: Do you offer trade discounts?
A: Trade pricing is available to bona-fide print & design companies. Please call to discuss.
Q: Can you send me a sample calendar?
A: Unfortunately we don't send out complete calendars. We will, however, be happy to provide loose print samples on request.
Q: Do you print other items?
A: We can print almost anything! Stationery, brochures, books, greetings cards, postcards etc. Please click here to visit our main website.

A: We can provide complete fulfilment. Please contact us with your requirements.
Q: When do you stop taking calendar orders?
A: We take orders for and print calendars all year round.
