Fundraising can be a real challenge. Here is a way that makes it easy.

Everyone needs a calendar and will jump at the chance to support their club or school. Simply choose your photos and order as many calendars as you think parents and teachers will buy. Our calendars are reasonably priced, so you will be able to add 10% - 20% to each calendar sold.

Which photos shall we choose for our school calendar?

Here are a few ideas:

  • Festivals and fairs
  • The school and grounds
  • Children and their artwork

You could even run a school photography project, or give the children their own disposable cameras - the choice is yours.

Do you ever find parents aren’t sure of term dates, school festivals or training days?

Want to start in September? No problem, you can start any month of the year.

Some schools save money by asking local businesses to support calendar printing costs.  Offer to add their logo to say thank you.

Raising funds for your club or society?

Making photo calendars is a great way for your club to raise money and to let people know about your group.  Are there any keen photographers in your club? Do you have any archive pictures of your club’s events?

Ask club members to email you some of their favourite photos, and then add their name beneath the picture to give them a real sense of pride.
